Nicole Uzo is a Program and Operations Executive with a track record of building operating structures, governance frameworks, and reporting systems inside organizations undergoing structural change — spanning enterprise technology, information security, and mission-driven leadership.

Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Elevance Health, she directs root cause analysis and consulting-style engagements, builds governance from the ground up, and owns end-to-end delivery for up to five concurrent high-impact programs. She also co-founded HML Consulting, helping individuals and organizations turn vision into execution through strong systems, disciplined delivery, and intentional leadership.

She operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people — with a core belief that when the right structure and resources are in place, sustainable success becomes repeatable.

Kingdom Impact

With a strong mandate to raise grounded, disciplined, and purpose-driven believers through the Word of God and intentional leadership, Nicole serves faithfully in the BLW Campus Ministry as Zonal Secretary of USA Region 2, Zone B — overseeing ministry operations across nine states including Hawaii, California, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Georgia.

As Director of the Personal Development Unit at BLW Grace City, she built a region-wide accelerator for young founders from the ground up — spanning 25 states — resulting in launched businesses, sustained active membership, and funded grants for participating founders. She also designed and leads a career advancement program for college students that includes university partnerships, career coaching, success seminars, and mentoring.

At heart, Pastor Nicole is a shepherd. She is deeply passionate about mentoring, identity formation, emotional and spiritual maturity, and guiding believers through seasons of transition with wisdom, faith, and responsibility. She serves under the leadership of Pastor Daniel Gotip and under the spiritual covering of Reverend Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, DSc, DD.

Her approach ensures that ministry work is not only inspired — but organized, measurable, and impactful.
