Nicole serves faithfully in the BLW Campus Ministry (Loveworld / Christ Embassy) as Zonal Secretary of USA Region 2, Zone B — overseeing ministry across nine U.S. states and supporting the growth, stability, and effectiveness of campus ministries and young leaders.
She serves under the leadership of Pastor Daniel Gotip and under the spiritual covering of Reverend Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, DSc, DD.
Current Role
Leading, nurturing, and developing young believers with a strong mandate to raise grounded, disciplined, and purpose-driven people through the Word of God and intentional leadership.
Administrative Role
Overseeing ministry coordination, reporting, and strategic support across nine states. Translating spiritual vision into practical systems that ensure ministry operations are organized, measurable, and impactful.
Local Role
Coordinating Pastoral Fellowship and Cell operations — tracking membership, discipleship, leadership development, and accountability across the zone using data-driven systems.
Non-Profit Initiative
The Personal Development Unit is a non-profit initiative Nicole founded within BLW Grace City — built from the ground up to equip young people with the tools, frameworks, and networks to build purposeful careers and thriving businesses.
PDU operates a 25-state founder accelerator that has produced launched businesses, funded grants, and university partnerships. It runs career coaching, interview preparation, success seminars, and enrichment programs for college students across its entire footprint.
Nicole established the operating model, program structure, and partner network for this unit with no prior framework to build from — designing every system from scratch and scaling it across the country.
